The film tells the story of Vikram Chartered Accountant (Shawar Ali) and Soniya (Meera) who are waiting for another accountant Muqaadam (Rashid Khan) to deliver 5 crore rupees in hard cash for their farm house. Vikram works for Sultan Corporation, which is owned by the Sultan (Ranjeet).
Once Muqaadam offers money, the plan to kill Vikram and Sonia Muqaadam and escape to Singapore the next day with 5 crore rupees to start a new life. Vikram and Soniya go exactly through their plan.
